  • 1993 Beikoku Kendo Renmei US TEAM champions in Los Angeles. Team Gold Medal.

  • Selected for the BKR team at the 1991 World Championships in Toronto.

  • In 1992, began studying jodan under the guidance of Kataoka Sensei.
